Eligibility Criteria for Medical Officer & Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• Senior Treatment Supervisor: Bachelor’s Degree and certificate course in computer operation and permanent two wheeler driving license.
• Medical Officer for District TB Centre: MBBS and must have completed rotatory internship.
• District PMDT & TB-HIV Coordinator: Bachelor’s Degree and certificate course in computer operation and permanent two wheeler driving license.
• TBHV: Intermediates in Science and experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM.
• District Programme Coordinator: MBA/ PGDiploma in management/ health administration. 01 work experience.
• Facility level quality manager: MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing graduate with Masters in Hospital Administrator/ Health Management
• District PPM Coordinator: Post graduate and one year of work experience.
• DRTB Counselor: Graduate in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology.
• DEO: 10+2 with Diploma/ Certificate (06 months or more). Typing speed of 40wpm in English and local language. Data entry speed of minimum 8000 key depression.
• Kala-Azar Technical Supervisor: graduate in biology
• Counselor: MA/MSc in Sociology/ Applied Psychology
• Lab Technician: HS or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology
• GNM: Completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Counsil
• Medical Officer: MBBS
• Lab Technician: 10+2 pass out
• Lady Counselors: Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human Development
• District Consultant: MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing graduate with Masters in Hospital Administrator/ Health Management
